Oh, SFE, you're so GRUMPY today or something!!
But actually you're so much smarter than I am and so I'd like ask you about this article I read in Business Week about entrepreneurs with leprosy. This problem is more widespread than is generally believed, and although many of you guys out there who are very very bright may be totally aware of it or whatever, I wanted in my silly femine way to bring it to your attention anyhow.
My understanding is that this horrible condition, technically known as Hansen's Disease, can be cured by applications of properly treated rice bran. Even so, the scars, or lack of them, remain. Are the victims to be shunned by society, sent of to live in Texas or somewhere??? While I'm a libertarian or whatever, I think they should be allowed to drive whatever kind of car they like, as long as it either doesn't pollute or is old.
The article is called "Men Without Noses; Give Them a Hand"; I'm sure you can find it online. I feel that the subject of leprosy is really interesting and would like to debate it with you.
