Voters won't decide the next presidential election on the Sep 03 jobs report. Nor will they decide it on the issue of offshoring.

If the economy shows good signs of life, with increased employment, by next summer, Bush will win easily. If it doesn't, voters will have to choose between the lesser of two evils.
