Finally get to know Dan Zimmerman's REAL relation to the Company! Oh joy Then there's all the GUMM "investors" on and Offshore! Yes the shareholder list will be quite helpful. "And could you tell the jury what exactly your relationship were with Svoerign Equity, Phil Gurian and (long list of un-indicted co-conspirators here)" Yes, this provides the perfect opportunity to provide the world with the great msyteries of the MTXX/GUMM story. Let's seem there must be a few more to subpoena, just to help out the regulators and the poor widows who have had this POS stuffed/parked in their accounts. Any ideas out there?
