I live in the Buffalo new york area and have had powerlink hooked up
for about 3 months now.
When the cable modem is working good and adelphia's servers are not screwed up the modem has blazing speed ,I have been having problems since day one.
1- block sinc out "both lights on modem are not on solid"Totaly unable
to load web pages.
This happens just about every day for a few secs at a time.
2- email server sometimes down.

Me and four of my friends have all had these problems for a while now.
But there are good points.
There tech support is great ,they do not rush you off the phone and
can usally solve your problem right away.If they can't solve the problem right away they call you back with the solution.
Wait time to get tech support is long ,had to wait 20 minutes to get
thru a few days ago.
Even with these problems with down time ,it is worth the $39.95
a month investment.
I run friends apps right from my house no problem and seems like
it is located right on my pc and the blazing speed is great.
Download 15 megs in under 3 minutes.
Makes real audio and video smooth.
I am just worried about all the manpower that it takes to keep all
this running.
