Dale It's called trial by fire, and is one of the main reason many of the best, brightest and most qualified stay away. As I stated earlier I feel it is never about the candidate because once they get into office the forces pulling on them will ruin even the best and most qualified. It is ALWAYS about money and power and keeping those with it, in control. Regards Don
