ROFLMAO. You're kidding, right? Tell that to people who've been short. There were periods of time in the last year I was very short and got crushed. I was not alone.

Just based upon fund flows and knowledge of what can happen to a portfolio of risky stocks, the results of 2000 should not be repeated.
