well
it was really good
I made it my own way
I had the remains of a Costco chicken, so I made my own chicken broth- plus all the chicken that was on it- sans skin
Then I threw in 5 heads of garlic
5 onions
5 white potatoes, large
2 huge red bell peppers
2 huge yellow bell peppers
2 huge gold bell peppers
shredded carrots- 5 large (my daughter with braces suggested the shredding)
lots of pepper
half and half- which I had in the fridge and wanted to use up
and 1/2 can tomato paste- couldn't even taste the tomatoes- which is probably good- it was just a very tasty broth
I loved it- and what's more everyone in my family loved it- which is unusual. I'm not sure it was your soup anymore- but you were the inspiration
