Resources for DD on HK listed stocks In light of my difficulties obtaining accurate consolidate share counts on secondary stocks, I cannot recommend Yahoo's data to rely on ... but.. www.hkex.com.hk - Official HK Stock Exchange website. Got a section like the SEC EDGAR for analyzing company's statements and reports (annual, interim) and announcements. Compulsory participation, accuracy legally binding www.e-finet.com - good for basic company data, financial ratios, even has consolidated share counts, company profiles, business review, compressed balance sheets etc.. www.aastocks.com.hk - good source for english language newsfeeds on HK listed companies (ticker based). happy investing CROSSY
