Guantanamo - the problem is twofold: first the Americans - hardly any of whom could even speak the language - swept up hundred of suspects in Afghanistan - may of whom were undoubtedly innocent - and secondly it declared they were combatants - but not subject to the Geneva Convention - so they are without resource to counsel and can be tried in secret and even executed in secret. And they are treated in an inhumane manner - every shot you see is of hooded men with their heads bowed. It's a bloody disgrace.
