Who cares what clubs people have? As long as they aren't inciting violence, they should be able to have any club they want- that fits within the law. I don't see any point in trying to parse the sensibility of it (or to make sure it fits into a category that makes "sense")- most people do not appear to be sensible, at least not at the philosophical level. They aren't looking for consistency, they are just doing what they want to do. As long as they aren't really hurting anyone else, let them do what they want.
