Just a hunch. Funny how MTXX has not put out an 8k on the lawsuit, keeping it real low profile. looks like an old lawsuit, really odd how they kept it so low profile. I'll bet they don't want to attract any more nasd/sec attention. I dunno, but I suspect GUMM doesn't want the publicity, but could really use it LOL Why is this suit not in MTXX SEC filings? Why did they lie in suit that I was short their stock? Why did MTXX lie that I had taken their trade secrets and roll out schedual of their product line? MTXX going to be sued in New Jersey court. Lies will not be tollerated by me. I guess if you are MTXX you just ask your attoney if you can, and he says its OK.
