Willie Brown is already organizing a new recall. Just in case. A lot depends on how many people vote for Arnold. If he were to win with less than 40%, you can bet on a recall. Why not? What do Dems have to lose? And what? The GOP can dish it out but cant take it? WHo says Arnold would be any better than Davis? He hasn't even made his positions clear on what he's going to cut. All it takes is 850,000 signatures to do a recall. That would be easy for the Dems.
