It's certainly an interesting idea. I can see the point of it. I'm sure there's some hazard lurking in there somewhere, though.

Carried to it's logical conclusion, we could impeach Bush, throw him out, and then the taxpayers wouldn't be responsible for his war debt. We could do that every four years and never have to pay any debt. In fact, would could add recall elections to that mix and get rid of our debt even faster... <g>
