I won't have anything further to say on the subject. You obviously don't choose to be introspective and constructive about this and any further comment from me would be piling on.

EDIT: I will say one further thing. I know you noticed that a couple of people here seemed to actually think I would fly all the way to Canada just to make a selfish point and spoil someone's wedding. Did I get all defensive and insult them? Or flail and sputter for weeks? No. What I did was come up with a plausible excuse for their mistaken attitude and let them off the hook. Subject closed without any spike in blood pressure. There are constructive alternatives, after all.
