Make it worse!! You have got to be kidding. I mean really Bill, listen to yourself for a moment.

Bush took a huge surplus and made it into the largest deficit ever in 3 years. Your old excuse- "the bubble" and "excess capacity"... won't work anymore because we have worked through the excess capacity!!! US companies are hiring like madmen, unfortunately the hiring is in india and china. But that is a separate issue, our economy is growing again, no excess capacity. So what is Bush's excuse for spending us into this chasm. He doesn't have one, other than the fact that he is an idiot.
