Thank you. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie.... This makes sense. Otherwise to my mind, if you have a guy showing up, capable of miracles and he is showing them as a way to validate his Godliness, then it is this one everyojne should run from. However, you have just stated a scriptural reason why the deceit could work. Thank you. Now I'll go and read 2 Thessolonians 2 and see what that discussion is all about.
