There is evidence suggesting that it's all over the place already, and yes you might have already had it. It's virulent form has not shown up yet except in a few cases in NZ of all places.

I suppose the plan is some mild sell the good news followed by more up with a dow 10k party well before XMAS yes? I'll be ready to buy some more cat calls -g-
