Why hasn't the White House coughed up the culprit already? Every meeting there is known and every phonecall traceable. Unless there is some enemy spy trying to conceal things they ought to know damn well who outed Wilson's wife.

My theory is that it's the same reason they didn't cough up who put the Niger uranium line in Bush's speech, because it's someone so high up that they have to stonewall and try to cover up. Same as Nixon during Watergate.
