That would mean the U.N. is also corrupt, because they obviously cannot agree on any consistent enforcement of humanitarian ideals.

There is a strong argument for that in the case of Rwanda alone, for example. And we need leaders that work to make it better, not break it down further.

I think your line of reasoning is too nihilistic.
