Only problem with making the 20billion a loan, is that no one else will kick in money if we do that. I watched a little news clip today on just the schools in Iraq, and I was amazed at the run down facilities and state controlled books(even the math books were mostly pictures of Saddam.)

It made me proud to see our soldiers working in the rooms getting the buildings ready to open for school. Not what they were trained to do, but they were sure doing it.!!
