If Wilson were the Anti-Christ, it would still not excuse what was done to his wife, and by extension, the US.


Do we even know what was done? Wilson says she was "outed" and by Karl Rove, but offers no evidence, and backs off the Rove accusation when challenged. Novak said he was not leaked to "intentionally", which I interpret to mean that he thinks that his leaker let it slip by accident, and that the CIA confirmed to him that she was an analyst. Another interpretation of the facts is that a rather open secret in Washington became a way open secret on the pages of Bob Novak.

I don't know which explanation is true. But either seems equally plausible.
