I am asking you if YOU are the judge of when people are harmed...or if THEY ARE?

I think that is a legitimate issue, one that society has not resolved as yet. I think that we cannot rely on the harmed people as our sole source. They may raise the protest, but the determination of harm has to come from an objective party. Harmed parties simply are not sufficiently objective. Neither are harming parties.
