Bill, I went over to eBay's bulletin boards, and found a lot of people, some with lots of positive feedback, complaining about "Fortress eBay", meaning to get things done through customer service is sort of like trying to penetrate a fortress... I have lots of positive feedback also, and know how it feels and see their point. So there is no doubt about it IMO, eBay needs to spend more bucks and time on customer service and alerting people to these kinds of scams... Even though I have been a "perfect" customer of theirs for almost two years now, I have not received many warnings from them to be on the alert, and I resent that.
