Affirmative action and discrimination are different things.
Oh really? I've got applicant A with a 1600 SAT and a 4.0 GPA. And applicant B with an 1100 SAT and a 2.7 GPA. There's one place left.
Who do I admit? B. Why? Because B is Hispanic and A is Asian.

But this is not racial discrimination.

Now tell me why.
