The real question is whether you actually believe that the different races are statisticly equal I have no doubt. That's why discrimination is immoral and bad policy. But that INCLUDES discrimination AGAINST whites and Asians. Maybe where you are, there enough Asians to matter. Where I am there are. They do well academically and professionally. Academically they are discriminated against so that less qualified people can be let in. and if you have a bone in your ass about working for a minority manager. That's an insult. Apologize. Maybe it doesn't work as well with ignorant people, I dont' know, I haven't worked at that level for a while. That too. You illustrate your level on a daily basis. In logic and fact you come up short all the time. They basicly mentioned how many minorities were expected if they were choses by merit at random Uh, how do you choose by merit at random? Merit isn't the expected outcome of a random selection; the mean is. See the paragraph just before that one.
