It is pretty complicated As someone mentioned we have probably gotten into the run up to earnings cycle with seven business days I believe before the call. I think if I got out at this point, it would be just too much fly by the seat of your pants type trading to get back in until after the dust settles with the earnings. Its tough being long. As Salah says we have been burned plenty of times. Given the day to day performance of Novell over the past month prior to the recent run-up, in which day to day moves of a 1/4 of a point were considered spectacular, the energy with which the stock pushed its way past 9 and up to 9 3/8 was impressive. We had 9 million shares today and Novell was one of the few techs that come out unbloodied. I think the stock still has more run. (My opinions are my own and are not meant as advice to anyone.)
