I can understand how the uninformed my resort to generalizations about an entire group based on their subjective experience of an event or two. One is surprized, however, when educated people parrot these generalizations (especially when they are of a slurring and offensive nature) without some objective verification. Of course, if the feelings of HR workers are of no concern to you, and if you feel no social obligation to refrain from offensive and damaging accusations which are merely anecdotal...then you would have no discomfort in such generalizations which accuse a large group of people as being unqualified to work with people in a manner which the rest of us can respect and approve of.
