trade wars are heating up slowly but surely step by step the Congressional 27.5% China tariff is the most insane of all consider this, and new exports from China since 1990 65% of all new Chinese exports to USA are from US-owned subsidiaries now we look to slap a tariff on them !!! utterly insane Smoot-Hawley lives I have said it before many times the level of economic understanding and capability to manage our nation is so abysmal that a galloping recession or worse is the most likely scenario (and well deserved, fuching with Mother Nature) JYen has reversed all BoJ intervention it is back to 90.6 and rising very slowly the Euro is joining the square dance, almost 117 this Phase #2 will be truly fugly both major currency alternative rising against the USDollar how numbnuts expect the USTBond to benefit in such an environment is beyond me / jim
