SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sep 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- OneSource
Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:OSRC) reported that at its recently held Annual
Shareholders Meeting, the shareholders elected Donald E. McIntyre, Michael L.
Hirschey and Jerry M. Washburn as Directors for the coming year and also
appointed as the Company's auditors for the next year the accounting firm of
Epstein, Weber and Conover, LLP, which firm has been the Company's auditors for
the past five years.
Also at the shareholders meeting, the Board introduced the new management team
that had been installed in March of 2003 to the shareholders. This team,
consisting of Michael Hirschey as CEO, Len Ksobiech, CFO and Steven McEvoy as
General manager, was provided to the Company by Partners Resource Management,
LLC ("Partners"), a Scottsdale-based professional services firm specializing in
providing senior leadership resources to companies in transition. The Board
reported that with this change in management and the Company's recent return to
profitability, the Company is now focused again on significantly growing the
Company's core field service operations. Hirschey and his team presented an
overview of their plans and objectives for the coming year and positively
responded to a number of shareholder questions about the Company and its
prospects for the future.

required to individually recruit and hire them at market rates," concluded
McIntyre.
