Interesting piece from John Fund. But I don't think it dismissed the argument that Issa's funds were critical. The precedent is now here, assuming the recall passes. At least for California. When one party suspects the governor from another party is sufficiently out of favor, they will ramp up their recall money, organization, whatever. Is that good or bad for politics? Looks pretty bad right now.
