Darren, I suspect that Clarkson had no idea that Canadian troops were waiting to use the plane so don't blame her. Why didn't DOD just charter one plane and fly the troops home. It's October now, the summer rush is over. I'm sure Air Transat would have supplied a plane. I'm in favour of the GGs tour. It makes a change for the rest of the world to see Canadians as cultured rather than beer swilling hockey fans.
