alan, The news about UPR building the plant has been out a few weeks or more. I think I read it in a press release in yahoo under their ticker. At that time no mention was made of NAMX. Bring up UPR on yahoo and you will now see the same release that NAMX put out. IMO UPR & NAMX names in the same press release adds a lot more credit to this whole thing. Bob
