FACT, Unless at the time of the first Kiss they were husband and wife Ms Plame broke the law. This is a quote of words from Wilson.

I see also wilson says he had a security clearance, that matters not a didly. That is direct testimony of a serious breach of security and violation of the law.

The only person a covered agent can tell they really work for the CIA is their spouse. There are several other provisions and Ms Plame broke the law by every provision.
