Since you are so absolutely, positively convinced that a crime has been committed, please tell me what proof you have that Ms. Plame resided out of the US within the last five years, as required by the statute's definitons?

We are certainly trying to split the proverbial hairs here, c2. I have, and neither do you, any idea where she lived the last five years. I know only that the CIA filed a complaint with the Justice Department, rumours have it in late July, asking for prosecution of this. I know that several former CIA agents interviewed on TV were outraged that she was outed. And, at least one, Larry Johnson, volunteered he's along time supporter of Republicans. And I think it's reasonable to assume Tenet would not have gone public the way in which he did if the CIA were not up in arms over this. So, I assume this is not some small matter.
