How much would you agree with or disagree with his stated policies? Apparently you agree with them enough to vote for him, although I suppose it would depend on who is opponent was.

There are many principled people with "mind of their own", who support policies because they really believe in them, who still wouldn't get my vote. I have some disagreements with McCain and if I voted in a primary I probably wouldn't vote for him (again it depends on who he was running against), but I don't have any real distaste for him and I don't see him as a person with suspect charecter. I would probably vote for him in the general election.
