The level of ridiculousness coming from you was execrable!

You posit a prejudiced person who wishes to exclude homosexuals and women so he will not violate them. You make a feeble attempt to relate sexual misconduct to women being violated, but you do not even make the attempt for homosexuals. At no point do you indicate why the therapist would be more likely to a breech of trust with homosexuals than with heterosexuals.

When people wish to make an extreme case for discrimination they ought to be prepared to justify same. You have not shown reasonable grounds for endemic discrimination. The inability of a therapist to treat clients equally, impartially, and ethically is best addressed by re-training, character development, or a change to a more suitable vocation.

I have supported the choice of your Moho persona to turn away clients whom he feels he might engage in misconduct with--whether they are homosexuals, women, or even children. I have simply pointed out that this should never be the status quo but should defer to training which allows this "therapist" to attain acceptable levels of competence within the industry so that discrimination and exclusion do not become default solutions to incompetence.

Any person so incompetent or so immature as to violate a fiduciary relationship ought to have his nuts crushed! Allowing him to "justify" his incompetence or bad character by discrimination and exclusion is something that society ought never to entertain. Drum the sick sexually-obsessed bastard out on his ear!
