I'm not advocating a single criteria for entry. I'm insisting that RACE have no bearing at all. YOU effectively are advocating a single criteria for entry: if you you have very poorly qualified candidates from one of the racial groups you recognize and very well qualified applicants from another group whose positions are filled, you pick the very poorly qualified applicants. I say you pick the best qualified always. You are advocating racism and your position is racist. As usual, you advocate the PC liberal position against all logic and all justice. It appears you are not using your brain at all, but that is of no consequence: You let the Democratic Party do all your thinking for you anyway.
