Saddam Hussein may have been pretending to possess weapons of mass destruction, the US Congress is expected to be told by the man in charge of the US-led hunt for Iraqi weapons.
David Kay is briefing the intelligence committees of both houses of Congress behind closed doors.

Mr Kay is expected to say that so far no weapons have been found in Iraq - and that the former Iraqi leader pretended his battlefield commanders had chemical weapons in order to deter invasion, according to the Washington Post.

US administration officials insist this is just a progress report, but there seems to be growing scepticism in Washington about what the search will ultimately reveal, says the BBC's Nick Childs in Washington.

Will YOU own up? ROFLMAO!!!
