No pure plays IMHO Only equips i know of are TRKN and TGAL. Unfortunately TGAL just financed by selling a note convertible at only 35cents and the potential dilution hangs over the stock now at just over a dollar. If and when converted it multiplies the outstanding shares by ten! Many big caps are into the production of MEMS and the problem here is that the MEMS are not a large portion of the business Hopefully someone will post other equips on this thread WL
