Neo's point, as I recall, wasn't a statement that HR Directors were in fact evil, but that they were SEEN by many as being evil (not his word, but his thought). You seem to be focussing on whether they ARE evil. I don't think I contended that. They are the messengers. But since the start of recorded history, it's the messengers who most often get killed for bringing bad news. And it's still the case today. The more thing change . . .
