Mike, I couldn't believe the 36MB number either and I'm surprised that nobody else has publically picked up on it -- but there it is in black and white on page nine of the May 29, 1997 10Q for MUEI. I suppose some of the "extra 2-3 weeks inventory" the consolidated company had at the end of the quarter is stuffed into those boxes. Kathleen
