You're the one that mentioned minorities. What was the point?

Bush want's accountable educators, which will spark the change in education (vouchers, charter schools, whatever) , much to the benefit of the poor minorities, who as of now HAVE NO CHOICE. I think they will welcome that, the Mayor of DC will welcome it also.
