hmk--I couldn't post the whole Edgar filing but there were increased sales as well as increased expenses. The whole Edgar filing will be available publicly in a few days. I assume there will be a news release set forth by the company as well.

The quarter was weak but not as gloomy as the past. There looks to be some hope.

Let us know when the conference call will be held.

**There appeared to be a couple of 10000 share blocks trade at the ask today.**
