He either gets proper training and learns how to assure his clients that they may control their comfort level, or he finds another job. Get used to it. Nobody in North America is going to tolerate that kind of crap. The United States has lost too damn many children in defense of the ideals of equality and freedom to allow you and MOHO to stick us with your prejudice and your mockery.
