Al, If Clinton was presiding over contracts granted to the former employer of the VP while he was still collecting payments from the same company and without the inconvenience of a bid process, the reps would be cricifying him. Well, Clinton presided over contracts granted to Haliburton. The company just happens to be the place to go for support of overseas projects, logistics etc. Joe
