Yes and I wonder if those who had infiltrated mr. bill's corrupt administration also knew of mr.bill's absolute refusal to consider the use of ground troops. I wonder if binnie and the taliban took that into account and living in dessert laughed at the thought of bombing and no ground troops.

I can see them saying 9-11, the American cowards will bomb us haha....

Thank you kenny for another insight to how mr. bill was such a failure and made 9-11 so likely.
