No. Iraq provided tape of dead and dying Iraqi children that they blamed on UN Sanctions (enforced by U.S. troops). With Iraq probably claiming, that they had over million more they could show, if anyone cared.

I would think daily feedings of this stuff (and OBL's agreement), would do quite nicely in heating the blood of a young Arab terrorist.
