I think that is kind of insulting.

If you were trying with that statement to illustrate my point that people can feel insulted for no good reason at all and that we have to rely on disinterested parties to assess actual harm, well, thanks for that. If you actually feel insulted, well, you may be as crazy as Solon seems to think you are.

There are two primary concerns for harm.

Thank you for that. Finally, finally, after all this time, you have actually addressed the issue. That was all I wanted, just for you to acknowledge that it is a legitimate issue and give us your thoughts on it, such that they are. It's about time.

Before I presented the mojo hypo, I considered the status quo of harm by denying services…duh?

I am going to pretend that I spent my entire life on a turnip truck and not press this. I imagine that others will deal with it differently.

Not because it happened before and who done what to whom, but because as it arises again, it will accomplish the same things.

No doubt that it happened before, that it will happen again, and that it will continue to be destructive whenever it happens.
