Depressing how?

Depressing because a process too place, a lengthy and costly process, no doubt, that did nothing at all to solve the problem. Nothing. It didn't even address the problem. It didn't even seem to care what the problem was, only that the process occurred properly. That's depressing.

It's also depressing that kids are being treated like that by their parents, as well as the system.

What reaction did you expect from us?
