It astonishes me that so many people on this Board are willing to accept that there is just outright lying by officers of listed companies. This particularly seems to be Mr Burke's perspective. While I am not innocent about humans', and particularly businessmen's propensity to lie, still less to kid themselves, I cannot accept that officers of two publicly-listed companies of the stature and size of MU or MUEI would simply tell bald-faced lies about such issues as their cost structure, or their sales. Be a little overoptimistic, perhaps, but given what they face up to in legal terms if they are found to be deliberately misleading, even if one doesn't place any store in their morality, I simply can't accept the comments of Mr Burke and his confederates on these issues. It would require a "conspiracy theorist" of Rush Limbaugh proportions to give any credence to that.

That is not to say there can't be differences in views and outcomes given certain facts, and I accept that there are many here who don't see the same outcomes as, say Kurlak, based on their own analysis.

But, again, Kurlak (and Niles) operate in a very strictly regulated environment for two of the most significant businesses in it; and again, quite apart from their morality, ego or whatever, they cannot put out deliberately misleading information or tout stocks in the way that is suggested here (They can be wrong, but by the way, anyone who followed their most recent prediction would, of course, have done very well)

All of this leads me to believe that those making extreme comments, about MU, MUEI or Kurlak (who do not have any such restrictions on them as they are simply posters on a bulletin board)have another agenda.

By all means disagree, draw attention, as many do, to other sources of info, all of which I find very interesting whatever its bias, but this "bagging" that goes on only diminishes the baggers IMHO because it defies reality - even if its only the legal environment in which all of the "baggees" operate.
